MEMBERSHIP FAQ’s

Assessment tasks are provided for different membership levels and these FAQ’s relate to membership questions. You don’t need to be a member to enrol into our Xero, MYOB, Excel or QuickBooks Courses and micro courses.

 

Q Do you teach me how to complete the assignments?

A No, we assess how well you have performed the task and to what level of detail.

Q Why would a client value what you do?

A  One of the hardest things for business managers and owners to know is how well you perform your work and many of them don’t have the resources or time to do it.

Q What if I don’t do well?

A We’ll highlight where you could have done better and what you should do when you re-attempt the assignment.

Q How long do these assignments take?

A They take as long as you want them to take, but to do a good job it’ll take a little longer and you’ll have to pay attention to detail. The assignments vary according to your skill level but could take from 30 minutes to a 2-5 hours for the higher skill levels.

Q How do I get my assignments?

A Assignments and assignment submission is managed within the EzyLearn Learning Management System (LMS).

Q How many attempts do I get?

A You get three attempts to submit your assignment(s) within each 12 month membership period.

Q Can I ask questions that relate to the assignment?

A Yes, EzyLearn uses a tier 1 grade support management system and you can simply send an email to their support agents.
